REMARK
Working principle:
The gear-free traction machine consists of a motor and a traction
wheel. The motor is a gear-free synchronous motor directly
connected to the traction wheel shaft, which generates torque by
transmitting electric energy. When the motor starts, the current
passes through the winding, making the motor output torque. Torque
transfers the force to the traction wheel, which combines with the
steel cable and pulls or relaxes it to provide the elevator to rise
or fall.
By controlling the input current and frequency of the motor, the
speed and direction of the elevator can be controlled. At the same
time, it is usually necessary to equip the brake device to ensure
the safety of the elevator when parking or power off.
Generally speaking, gear-free traction machine is widely used in
modern elevator system. It has the advantages of high efficiency,
energy saving, stable mute and high reliability, and improves the
performance and operation quality of elevator.
