Synchronous Gearless Elevator Tractor
Elevator traction machine is a key component used to drive elevator
lift operation. It is usually composed of motor, decelerator and
brake.
The main function of elevator traction machine is to provide
elevator lifting force through torque transmission. It uses steel
wire rope (traction rope) or belt transmission system to connect
the bottom cabin and counterweight of the elevator, so as to lift
and operate the elevator.
In the process of operation, when the elevator starts, the motor
provides power, converts the high-speed rotating motor into
appropriate speed and torque through the deceleration device, and
then transfers the power to the traction rope or belt drive system,
thus driving the operation of the elevator. The brake plays a role
in controlling the stop or position of the elevator.
Elevator traction machine has the characteristics of safety,
reliability, high efficiency and energy saving, and is an
indispensable and important part of modern elevator system.
